Alex Grant received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz Studies from the California Institute of the Arts in 2024 where he studied under Darek Oles, Oscar Hidago, Steve Lehman, Vardan Ovsepian, Cathlene Pineda, Jonathan Pinson, Vinny Golia, and Larry Koonse.
